White Horse employees give their time, talent and treasure to an outreach program called C5 Georgia a leadership development program for local disadvantaged middle school and high school students. The mission of C5 is to change the odds for high-potential teens from risk-filled environments, inspiring them to pursue personal success and preparing them for leadership roles in college, work and their communities. Employees participate in projects on-site at C5’s camp and host a Sunday BBQ for students during their time at summer camp. To learn more about this outreach program, visit C5 of Georgia.

The team at White Horse can achieve very little without creating and earning trust with clients and with each other. To guide us, we follow the principles of best-selling author Patrick Lencioni’s book, Getting Naked, with prospective clients, current clients, and our co-workers.
